Arabs, Jews, Lebanese, Syrians, Polish, Chinese, Koreans find themselves in the same site, all becoming true Cariocas (name given to people born in Rio de Janeiro). The film presents the Saara neighborhood of popular commerce, located downtown Rio de Janeiro. A region inhabited by immigrants who tell their histories, using as references Soccer and Carnival.
